Consultation
A typical consultation takes about one hour- or longer if needed. It consists of a detailed History and Mental State Examination.This will then lead on to my recommendations for Treatment.
The consultation will lead to the following
- A summary
- A diagnosis/formuation
- A multi-axial diagnosis
- A treatment plan
- A prognosis
- A plan for follow up
- A plan for referral as required
This will all be summarised in a clinical report, which can be sent to your GP as required
